Free Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer free shipping for all products ordered through our store. The store will not charge shipping for any order. No coupon code is required. A few stipulations do apply and are provided below. These are especially important to note for our international customers. In short, if the shipping quote exceeds the order amount, we will not be able to process the order and we'll let you know. If we can make it work, we will, but it will depend on the order amount, weight of the package, and a shipping quote to your exact address. Terms of Free Shipping

1. The order amount (subtotal) must be greater than the shipping quote to your address using the most cost-effective shipping rate (we use either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or GlobalPost).
2. We will ship for free using the most cost-effective method.
3. We will provide tracking information for your order by updating the order in our store once we process it.
4. We do not cover any customs charges or VAT for international orders. Upon item receipt in your country, to receive the shipment, you must pay any duties levied by your country's customs office. The package will be marked as merchandise as required by law.
5. If an order is placed that we cannot process due to shipping cost, we will let you know by e-mail or phone and you may either add one or more items as an option, or, choose to cancel the order. (This is case-by-case and is based primarily on your location, which is why we don't set an order minimum- shipping costs greatly vary).
